"Dropped in to this box and was very impressed with how friendly and welcoming the staff and coaches were. They have programming for all levels of experience and plenty of space to do extra accessory work. I was there for over two hours and never got the feeling I was overstaying my welcome. I highly recommend this box to anyone considering it as a new gym or place to drop in if you’re visiting from out of town."
