DPTs Megan Graff and Amanda DeRosa will be putting on a seminar to fix any shoulder issues you may have and you’ll learn to improve your movement and stability, reduce pain, and significantly decrease your chance of over-use injuries.

Hey folks it’s Bear Republic’s third year in existence and we’d like for all of you to come celebrate our anniversary party at 10 Barrel Brewing Saturday, September 15th 6:30-9pm! Hey Bears come on out next Saturday July 28th for some fun in the sun in Pacific Beach! Bear Republic is inviting you and all your friends to a summer shindig packed with fun! Come hang with old friends and make new ones.
